House exterior finishing

Facade decoration materials are selected that do not require a special effort and maintenance. Good thermal properties of these houses due to a new generation of technologically advanced materials used in wall insulation.  
Building external decoration and the protection are offered the protective-decorative shutters, which fully cover the existing windows.
The overall house decoration (both internal and external) materials used are subject to environmental and energy-efficient materials properties.

The first option:
Facade: stone schist tiling (sides).  
The main facade: a natural facade of larch or pine boarding.  
Windows: plastic, wood, aluminum (optional).  
Outdoor terrace: pine, larch or requiring low maintenance environmentally friendly “Twinsun” terraces cover.  
The roof: roll-type material for plain roof covering.

The second option:
Facade: decorative facade tin-plates (sides).
The main facade: “Exstoriet” or “Eternit” facades plate (color – the texture of wood or copper tones).  
Windows: plastic, wood, aluminum (optional).  
Outdoor terrace: pine, larch or requiring low maintenance environmentally friendly “Twinsun” terraces cover.  
The roof: roll-type material for plain roof covering.

The third option:
Facade: colored decorative facade plate (sides).   
The main facade: colored decorative facade fiber-cement cladding “Cedral” (shades of the proposed selective color palette).  
Windows: plastic, wood, aluminum (optional).  
Outdoor terrace: pine, larch or requiring low maintenance environmentally friendly “Twinsun” terraces cover.  
The roof: roll-type material for plain roof covering.
